I am Liu Yancheng, a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Psychology at Beijing Normal University. I study how people think, feel, and work in organizations, with a current focus on the role of AI in organizational life.
My research asks how using AI shapes the social evaluations people receive at work and how AI affects employees' work performance. I am also interested in leadership, well-being, and sensory sensitivity, and draw on qualitative, experimental, and mixed methods.
